Privacy Policy

WOP collects information you provide or create, including your name, email address, account identifier, date of birth, gender, height, weight, fitness goals and preferences, profile photos, chat messages and shared media, reviews, reports, notification preferences, trainer payout details, and subscription, purchase, earnings, and transaction records. With your permission, WOP also collects precise location and check-in activity to find nearby gyms, support gym check-ins, and match you with workout partners and trainers. The app records device push tokens and limited diagnostic information needed to deliver notifications, protect accounts, troubleshoot failures, and operate the service.

WOP uses this information for authentication, profile setup, personalized matching, gym discovery and check-ins, messaging, safety and moderation, notifications, subscriptions, trainer payments, support, and reliable operation. Information is processed by service providers that power these functions, including cloud hosting and storage, email and push delivery, maps and places, subscriptions, and payments. WOP does not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

You can manage permissions in your device settings and request account deletion in the app. Account deletion removes or de-identifies personal data according to WOP's retention and legal obligations, generally within 30 days. For privacy questions write to privacy@wop.app.
